At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused paddle or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for court wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
